Members of Grand Harbor have officially approved the 2026 Capital Improvements Program, a comprehensive plan designed to elevate the Club’s amenities and long-term member experience. The program includes a full renovation of the Main Clubhouse and the development of a new Lifestyle & Wellness Center, The Cove.
The approval follows a membership vote and reflects strong support for a vision shaped by extensive member feedback, surveys, club benchmarking, and strategic planning. The enhancements are designed to address key priorities, including expanded dining, enhanced social spaces, modern lifestyle and wellness amenities, and the addition of a comfort station.
The program includes the development of The Cove, a new standalone Lifestyle & Wellness Center, with construction expected to begin in Fall 2026 and be completed in Fall 2027.
