The year kicked off with a major milestone in July: the creation of Vero Premier Properties through a strategic merger. This union brought together our shared vision for elevating luxury real estate in Vero Beach and beyond. By combining our expertise, we've built a powerhouse team dedicated to delivering unparalleled service in one of Florida's most coveted markets. It's been thrilling to see how this foundation has propelled us forward, allowing us to offer clients innovative tools and personalized experiences that stand out in the industry.
One of our proudest achievements this year has been our focus on cutting-edge technology. We're thrilled to be the only realtors in our larger area with a dedicated mobile app available on the Apple App Store. This app empowers clients to browse listings, schedule viewings, and stay connected with us seamlessly—putting luxury real estate right at their fingertips.
We've also amplified our digital presence through our active YouTube channel, which now boasts over 500 videos and more than 4,200 subscribers. From virtual tours of stunning properties to insider tips on the Vero Beach lifestyle, our content has resonated with audiences far and wide, helping us connect with potential buyers and sellers in meaningful ways. In addition, we enhanced our website with a new section dedicated to highlighting all the premier new home builders and their communities. This resource has become a go-to for clients exploring custom builds and developments, showcasing the best of what Vero Beach has to offer. And to make networking even easier, we introduced a mobile digital business card, streamlining connections in our fast-paced world.
2025 brought well-deserved accolades that underscore our commitment to excellence. CEO Weekly magazine recognized us as pioneers in luxury real estate, celebrating our innovative approach and client-centric philosophy. Adding to that honor, Apple News named us among the Top Ten most trustworthy realtors in Florida—a testament to the trust we've built through transparency, integrity, and results. To sharpen our skills and stay at the forefront of the industry, we invested in professional development. We attended Gen Blue in Las Vegas, the premier Coldwell Banker meeting, where we networked with top professionals and gained insights into emerging trends. We also spent valuable time at the Institute of Luxury Living in Fort Lauderdale for intensive luxury training, equipping us with advanced strategies to serve our high-end clientele.
In November, we participated in the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury On Location event in Miami. This gathering was a highlight, allowing us to collaborate with global luxury experts and explore new opportunities in the international market.
Visibility has been key to our success this year. We've maintained monthly full-page ads in Vero Beach Magazine, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for local luxury seekers. Taking it a step further, we've expanded our advertising to the Metro New York Market, reaching an impressive 50,000 luxury buyers per week. This strategic move has opened doors to out-of-state clients eager to discover the charm of Vero Beach.
At Vero Premier Properties, we're more than realtors—we're community stewards. This year, we joined the Indian River Chamber of Commerce at a large sponsorship level. We've proudly sponsored chamber events and secured a full-page ad in their directory, fostering stronger ties with local businesses and residents. Our philanthropic efforts shone brightly as sponsors of Diamonds and Denim, the American Cancer Society event in December. Supporting such a vital cause was incredibly rewarding, and we're excited to continue our community involvement in 2026 by sponsoring the Vero Beach International Tennis Open at Grand Harbor from January 26 to February 1. Events like these not only give back but also bring people together in the spirit of Vero Beach.
