Ben Bryk, Your Trusted Real Estate Agent
A Little About Me:
Family, faith, country, and community are the cornerstones of my life. I’ve been happily married to my wife, Debbie, for over 35 years. She is my greatest blessing—a caring, supportive partner who has stood by me through it all. We have one son who is a high school principal. He recently got engaged, and I couldn't be more proud of the man he's become, both professionally and personally. Last year, he bought his first home, an achievement that filled me with immense pride. Family is everything to me, and we are fortunate to have my mother-in-law living just a few houses down. She plays an essential role in our lives, and the bond she shares with our son is truly special.
My Faith and Approach to Real Estate:
My faith in God is the foundation of my personal and professional life. It guides me to approach every real estate transaction with the highest level of integrity and honesty. No matter the size of the deal—whether it’s a vacant lot or a multi-million-dollar property—every client deserves my full attention and commitment.
For sellers, my mission is to help them secure the highest possible price for their home, often their largest asset. I know how important those proceeds are for their next chapter. For buyers, my goal is to find the best home that fits their lifestyle, budget, and dreams—whether it’s a condo, vacant land, or a luxury home on Vero Beach’s barrier island.
With over 10 years in real estate, I’ve been fortunate to sell 50-60 homes annually, with sales volumes ranging from $20 to $30 million. Every transaction is a testament to my dedication to serving my clients' best interests.
My Patriotic Values and The American Dream:
I am a proud American, deeply committed to the values that make this country great. My parents escaped communist Poland so I could have a better life in the United States, and I became the first in my family to graduate from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. As a real estate agent, I believe in helping people achieve their version of the American Dream—homeownership. Property rights and land ownership are key to financial security, and Florida, in particular, offers a favorable environment for both. With strong property protections and a tax-friendly climate, Florida continues to attract thousands of new residents daily.
Why Vero Beach?
I first visited Vero Beach during Christmas in 1989 when my wife’s grandparents bought a condo here. We fell in love with the area and eventually moved from Connecticut in 2002. Vero Beach is the perfect blend of small-town charm and big-city amenities. It’s a fantastic place to retire or raise a family. My son attended St. Helen Catholic School and John Carroll High School, where he is now the principal.
What makes Vero Beach so special? We have a thriving cultural scene with the Riverside Theatre, Vero Beach Ballet, and McKee Botanical Garden. The beaches are free and easily accessible, with no tolls or parking fees. We also boast excellent healthcare through Cleveland Clinic, which offers world-class cardiac and cancer care.
Location and Accessibility:
Vero Beach is ideally located in the heart of Florida. We’re just an hour and 45 minutes from Orlando’s attractions, two hours from Miami’s vibrant nightlife, and three hours from Tampa. If you love cruising, Port Canaveral and Miami’s cruise ports are both just a short drive away, making weekend getaways easy and convenient.
Looking Forward:
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work in real estate in the beautiful state of Florida, particularly in Vero Beach. I’m passionate about helping buyers and sellers meet their housing needs and build their wealth through property ownership. I look forward to continuing to serve this wonderful community.
