Celebrating Community Impact: Giving Back to Our Amazing Vero Beach and Hutchison Island

A cornerstone of our strategy at Vero Premier Properties is outreach and giving back to the vibrant community that makes Vero Beach so special. Vance Brinkerhoff's longstanding engagement with the Exchange Club of Vero Beach — where he has served in leadership roles, including past president — continues to drive meaningful service focused on Americanism, youth programs, and child abuse prevention.

This year, we proudly participated in the Battle of the Realtors bowling event, where our team competed fiercely to support Little Birthday Angels. The fundraiser brings birthday celebrations, parties, and gifts to homeless children in our area — and yes, we won the battle! It was a fun, spirited night of friendly competition that raised vital funds for this heartfelt cause.

We also sponsored the Diamonds and Denim Hope Gala for the American Cancer Society, helping raise over $325,000 to support cancer research, patient care, and advocacy. Events like this highlight the power of community coming together in Vero Beach.

Looking ahead to 2026, our community focus only grows stronger. 

This January, we are excited to sponsor the Vero Beach International Tennis Open at the prestigious Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club — a $75,000 USTA Pro Circuit event returning for its 5th anniversary from January 26 to February 1.

 As active members of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, we will also sponsor the Chamber's golf tournament and gala, continuing to invest in the economic vitality and connections that strengthen our region.
